I had driven past Big O Tires for years while taking my daughter to daycare and my dog to the vet. After receiving a few mailers over the years, I finally decided to give them a try when my Highlander started making a strange noise that I thought was just a rock stuck in the brakes. It turned out I actually needed brake pads and a few other items. That was my first experience with Big O, and between the customer service, fair pricing, and quality of the work, they earned my business. Fast forward to this summer, and I was getting my vehicle ready for a cross-country road trip to Seattle and back. I stopped in to have the suspension inspected, the A/C serviced, and the alignment checked. Once again, it was a great experience. Curtis and the entire team were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what they found. One thing I really appreciate is that they didn’t try to sell me everything under the sun. They addressed the items that actually needed attention and gave me confidence that my vehicle was ready for a long road trip. I’m definitely not a mechanic, so I have to rely on shops I can trust. I went in to have my tires rotated, and they were able to get me in and out within an hour. The man at the front desk was very friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my car throughout the visit. Before leaving, I went back in to ask a few questions about my tires, including when they might need to be replaced. He was very informative and took the time to explain how to read tire tread wear and how often I should have my tires rotated. I really appreciated it. Overall they were really nice and efficient.

Considering it was a Friday afternoon after 3:00 on a holiday weekend, I was very impressed by how respectful and friendly everyone was. I called while I was on my way there and he gave me all of the information I needed right away. They were quick, efficient, and got straight to the point. I ended up purchasing the lowest-priced tire, so I can’t speak to its quality yet, but everything else was great. I’m very pleased with my experience there

I will definitely return the next time I have a need for one of their products or services! They saved me a considerable amount of money by being honest with me about what I needed and not what would make them the most money! This is rare in this day and age and I truly appreciate it! Plus Craig our service advisor was very friendly while being professional! I will recommend this location to all my friends and family!

Curtis was great. I trust Big O Tires with all of my classic car needs. UPDATE 3/20/26: The guys at Big O tires were able to save my day by replacing a tire stem on my F350 Dually. Seriously the best tire shop in town.
